New York City has just introduced a policy that will only be active for three (3) months. This policy started on September 20, 2021, and continues through December 20, 2021. If you had a judgment with OATH/ECB, you may qualify for a reduction in fines up to 75%. All that is required is to go to www.nyc.gov/mysummons and locate your judgment and see if you qualify.
